Preserving Heritage
The Highgate Studios located in Kentish Town, London, was a comprehensive CAT A refurbishment in delivered with Fado Contractors. The refurbishment of existing historic workspace buildings included the enhancement of common circulation areas, including corridors, stair cores, and shared amenities such as the cycle store, toilets and shower rooms.
Building Renewal
A key focus of the project was delivering robust, high-quality finishes throughout, creating a durable and cohesive aesthetic across all refurbished spaces. In parallel, new mechanical services were introduced to improve performance, reliability, and energy efficiency, ensuring the workspace met modern occupational requirements and aligned with current building standards.
Contemporary Revival
The coordinated refurbishment combined architectural, mechanical, and aesthetic enhancements to improve the functionality and presentation of the workspace environment. The office workshops were delivered within a live environment, with existing tenants remaining in occupation across parts of the building throughout construction.
