Residential-led Regeneration
The Rise has transformed the western side of Marketfield Way and the end of the High Street, delivering 150 new rented one and two bedroom homes over a multi-screen cinema, bowling and leisure destination, supported by a local supermarket, convenience retail and seven restaurants.

Layered Mixed-Use & Public Realm
The success of the scheme is built on a balanced relationship between residential, retail, and leisure uses; it works as both a self-sustaining community and a destination for the wider town. Our role included placemaking, signage, and wayfinding strategies to ensure this mix operates cohesively and delivers lasting benefits for all users locally.
Design and Delivery Oversight
We were engaged as Reigate & Banstead Borough Council’s Architect throughout the three-year design and construction phase, responsible for retail and leisure curation. Our team oversaw residential and landscape elements ensuring compliance with Employer Requirements, and developed signage concepts & visual studies to strengthen wayfinding and identity across the public realm.

“Our team supported RBBC over several challenging years to deliver a scheme that has truly transformed Redhill, further growing our expertise in the successful delivery of town-centre residential development alongside commercially viable retail and leisure uses.”
