Leslie Jones is involved in the centre’s refurbishment whereby £7 million has been invested to upgrade the facilities, which will feature a new East entrance and a contemporary interior design, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere for shoppers. The project is expected to be completed in early 2024.

The centre has recently welcomed several new tenants to its mix, including JD, Deichmann, and GAIL’s Bakery, as part of its strategy to offer customers a wider range of retail and F&B options. Primark will occupy 44,000 sq ft in the former House of Fraser space, utilising two floors and sitting within the scheme’s central square and is expected to open in early 2025.

We are excited to witness the completion of the renovation project and the customers’ satisfaction with the improvements made to the centre. We are grateful to our client CBRE – Sovereign Centros along with ISG, Waterman and Hoare Lea for their collaboration and support throughout this process. We hope to maintain and strengthen our professional relationship in the future.
