A New City Destination
Shaped around walkable streets, public squares and 20 acres of open space, the masterplan brings together homes, workplaces, culture, retail and dining. Earls Court is emerging as a new destination that supports everyday life and long-term growth.

Human Centred Placemaking
Engaged by the Earl’s Court Development Company, LJA supported the design of the retail element of the masterplan. Acting as guardian of the ground floor, our role focused on retail curation, food and drink and cultural strategy to create active and welcoming places.
Designing for a Greener Future
The masterplan has secured hybrid planning permission with social and economic impact embedded throughout. Sustainability, inclusion and social value shape the approach, supporting the local economy while creating a resilient neighbourhood designed to benefit the community over time.

“It has been a privilege to contribute to a masterplan shaped by care for place, people and long-term value.”
James Cons, Managing Director
