London Designer Outlet welcomes Jack Wills

British clothing brand Jack Wills has today opened its first outlet store in London at London Designer Outlet, Wembley Park.

Jack Wills joins recent addition Levi’s and a leading line up of retailers including Marks & Spencer, Nike, Guess, Sketchers, Superdry, Clarks and GAP, as well as a 9-screen Cineworld and restaurants Wagamama, Las Iguanas and Pizza Express among others.

London Designer Outlet has seen incredible success this year with a 21 per cent rise in like-for-like sales, and a 15 per cent increase in footfall to 6.5 million.

Leslie Jones Architecture has been responsible for the retail masterplan at Wembley Park for client Quintain since 2004 and led the architectural design of London Designer Outlet, the first scheme of its kind inside the M25.

Leslie Jones’ expertise in knitting distinctive yet complementary retail offers into an existing urban fabric ensured the scheme capitalised on other developments being instigated in the area by Quintain. The contemporary, fresh finish with clear frontages, open walkways and a balconied restaurant terrace has allowed the modern 350,000 sq ft development to successfully target the diverse catchment area of 4,000 homes and millions of potential visitors.
