We have been progressing a number of transformational masterplans for town and city centres many of which are focused around challenged retail assets.

With schemes at varying stages in the planning, process momentum is building behind the repurposing agenda. It is clear that the tide is starting to turn, real schemes are coming forward that plot a new path for these distinct sites within our urban centres. The scale of change both physical and financial should not be underestimated. It is therefore crucial that this renewal process provides returns for all stakeholders. Putting people and place at the heart of our endeavours has to be at the core of our masterplanning.
