Lydia joins us as Director, bolstering our team with her experience as a leader in creating design-led schemes that rejuvenate forgotten and redundant pieces of towns and cities, turning them into thriving spaces for local communities.

She has worked on projects of all scales, encompassing large strategic regeneration masterplans and mixed-use schemes, as well as high-end residential projects and hospitality buildings worldwide. She is particularly adept in repurposing and refurbishing underused listed buildings and well-known historic structures, giving them new life and meaning.

Lydia’s unique ability to tease out the inherent qualities of a place will help us deliver new schemes that offer a real sense of place, character, identity and belonging.

Lydia led the curation of Covent Garden for Capco, the neighbouring multi-award-winning Floral Court and Carriage Hall, and the Wellington Hotel. She also masterminded ‘Conservation Area of the Future’ – the redevelopment of the Warwick Road Estate in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Other notable projects include a residential masterplan for Hines in Milan, a masterplan on the outskirts of Paris and the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

Lydia previously worked at renowned architecture practices, including Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands.
