We are delighted that the Earls Court Masterplan has reached a major milestone, with the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea resolving to grant permission for the Hybrid Planning Application in their borough. We recognise that this is a significant moment for a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reimagine an iconic part of London as a future-facing piece of city.
It has been an honour to contribute to a masterplan that places sustainability, inclusive growth and long-term social and economic impact at its heart. Earls Court will become a new economic engine for London, strengthening the local economy while creating a thriving neighbourhood designed for people at all stages of life.
Working closely with the team at ECDC and JLL we have supported the project to imagine how retail, F&B, Leisure and culture might bring vitality, vibrancy and a sense of place.
