Held fortnightly on Thursday evenings, these sessions serve as a dynamic platform for staff to come together, exchange ideas, and foster personal and professional development. Designed to inspire, nurture, and motivate each member of our team. It’s a space where knowledge flows freely, and opinions are valued. Unlike traditional masterclasses, these sessions prioritize open debate and discussion, allowing for a diverse range of perspectives to be heard.
One of the key objectives is to tap into the collective expertise of our staff. We recognize that each member brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and backgrounds to the table.
