More Information

Leslie Jones Architecture has prepared on behalf of Almansoora Aljadeeda Development & Real Estate Investment Company a mixed-use masterplan for a 60-hectare site in the heart of Tripoli, the most significant regeneration project that has been proposed for the North African country.  The masterplan was approved by the city council in 2017.

The design solutions for the mixed-use development comprise residential, retail, leisure, workplace and hospitality within the limits of the city centre, adjacent to one of the city’s main ring roads and the principal thoroughfare from the airport to the city centre.

Leslie Jones’ mixed-use expertise, and experience in adapting leading global design trends to varying international contexts, will ensure the project relates to the local community, providing new facilities for the city and new homes for the local population.

The project’s vision is to set the city on course for ongoing regeneration, repairing the urban infrastructure to not only provide a new landmark neighbourhood but also unlock future development in the area.
