Project News. New win at Nottingham
Leslie Jones has been appointed by Capital Shopping Centres for the extension of the Victoria Centre in Nottingham. The Victoria Centre has been at the heart of Nottingham’s retail experience for over 40 years and is enjoyed by over 23 million visitors every year.

The £240m expansion will bring an exciting mix of new shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities for all the family to enjoy, as well as thousands of permanent new jobs to Nottingham.

The design is being developed in consultation with the local community and a planning application is anticipated in the coming months.
New in Ayr
Building on the success at Wakefield and the foundations of a great client relationship, Leslie Jones has also been appointed by Sovereign Land and AREA Property Partners to enhance Ayr Central Shopping Centre and create new retail opportunities.
New planning success for Wembley
We’re pleased to say that the planning consent for the London Designer Outlet at Wembley City has been achieved. Leslie Jones has now embarked on the next phase of design, moving this inspirational mixed-use scheme closer towards delivery.

Pre-letting of the space is on target and the Leslie Jones’ team is working hard to ensure that tenant and landlord requirements are met.
New scheme for Hereford. Planning go-ahead
Leslie Jones' retail masterplan for Hereford on behalf of Stanhope, has received a ringing endorsement - with a vote of 16-2 in favour of the scheme going ahead, bringing forward an £80m capital investment to the city. The team are now instructed to move the scheme forward to construction.
News from the ARC
Finally we’d like to mention our extremely belated congratulations for our very own Andrew Ogg who, with a crew consisting of Martyn Chase, Peter Drummond, Tony Baker, Peter McFarlane and Mark Struckett, sailed the Atlantic in November to complete the ARC 2010 - the 25th sailing of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers from Las Palmas, Canary Islands to Rodney Bay, St Lucia.

Our intrepid property team sailed 3,300 miles over 19 days on 60ft yacht ‘Disco Inferno 3’ and finished a creditable 35th overall out of 233 entries and 4th in their racing class!
Along the way they encountered calms, tropical storms, huge waves and winds up to 30 knots, together with enchanting starlit nights with shooting stars and dolphin displays.

On arriving in St Lucia Andrew commented ‘it is indescribable the pleasure of surfing down waves in the Atlantic swells, whilst hanging onto the helm for everyone’s dear life - and all this in tee shirt, shorts and bare feet, even at night time...!’
Thanks for reading! see you soon, The team @ Leslie Jones.
