MARK SIMMONS
Mark joined Leslie Jones in 1997,
after qualifying and working in South Africa
on large commercial projects. Since relocating
to the United Kingdom he has accumulated much
experience in mixed-use town centre architecture
and retail-led regeneration masterplanning.
He has been involved with numerous projects
from inception and feasibility stage, establishing
the initial concepts, guiding design development
and overseeing the planning process.
Having worked through all levels within the
firm, Mark was made an Associate at Leslie Jones
in 2005 and an Associate Director in 2006. As
a senior member of staff, he is responsible
for delivering innovative design solutions to
the latest challenges posed by current planning
policy guidance and the new urban agenda.
In addition, he has significant experience in
the tenant management process both within existing
schemes and new developments.
