Margot joined the Leslie Jones team in 1997 following previous roles at BDG/McColl
and BDP to become one of Leslie Jones most senior architects.
Margot has a sound understanding of the requirements of the various procurement
routes and of project delivery. Whilst delivering efficiently on the technical requirements
of a project, Margot is extremely adept at interpreting the clients’ brief to deliver
excellent design solutions. Bringing this invaluable knowledge and understanding
to bear across a complete project, her liaison with key anchor tenants ensures the
most effective solutions are provided for retailer and client alike.
With a career spanning 20 years, Margot has extensive experience in both the retail
& leisure and office sectors. At Leslie Jones, she has played a key role in the
delivery of some of the practice’s most prestigious and successful projects and
provides a consistent point of mentoring for more junior members of the team.
The great outdoors provides the necessary respite from work where gardening and
hiking are amongst many of her pursuits.
