BRIAN TRACEY

Brian is a professionally qualified Architect with extensive project management experience from inception to completion with an emphasis on efficient and effective management of the project delivery process. Brian joined Leslie Jones in 1997 and was promoted to Associate Director in June 2001 then to Director in 2005 following incorporation of the business. He has a proven track record in delivering complex projects in office, health and residential sectors in addition to the core Leslie Jones specialisation of retail and leisure. He is driven by a desire to see Architects as a more pro-active and integral part of the development process through the formation of action orientated teams within the project environment, delivering best value solutions to clients across the development cycle.

His traditional Architectural qualifications have been complemented by an MBA and post-graduate diploma in project management. This combination brings a greater understanding of the whole development process and the key decisions which drive the development and construction of projects.
